We aim to provide a comfortable and respectful place to stay. With many guests working long days and hours, we appreciate
everyone being respectful and considerate of other guests.
RV Site Deposit
A $200.00 deposit is required for each site and will be added to your first invoice. When you check out, your site will be inspected. As long as it’s left clean and free of garbage, debris, and wood, your deposit will be returned.
Noise & Respect for Others
Please be respectful of other guests at all times. Keep music, voices, and general noise at a reasonable level. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. If your noise is disturbing others at any time of day, you may be asked to turn it down.
Conduct
We have zero tolerance for aggressive or disrespectful behavior.
-
No yelling, abusive language, or fighting
-
No violence or threatening behavior
Anyone causing issues may be asked to leave. Fireworks, firearms, and hunting are not allowed in the park.
Alcohol & Smoking
Alcohol consumption is permitted only at registered campsites. Smoking (tobacco or cannabis) is not allowed inside any
buildings and must be at least 6 metres from entrances. Please dispose of cigarette butts in designated containers.
Speed & Vehicles
Speed limit is 5 km/h - please take it seriously. There are often people, pets, and kids around. This applies to all vehicles, including ATVs.
Garbage & Site Cleanliness
Garbage and recycling bins are located in designated areas within the park.
-
All garbage must be bagged to be collected
-
Recycling bins are for bottles and cans only
All other recyclables can be taken to the Hudson's Hope Transfer Station (20318 Canyon Road).
Campfires
Only propane fires are permitted at individual campsites. A shared wood-burning fire pit is available in the common area for guest use. All guests must comply with local fire bans and regulations at all times.
Extending or Shortening Your Stay
We understand work schedules can change quickly and we try to be as flexible as possible.
-
If you need to extend your stay, just check in with us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
-
If you’re leaving early, please let us know as soon as you can
While we make every effort to accommodate changes, no refunds will be issued for early departures.
Changing Sites
Guests must receive approval from park management prior to moving to another site to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Pets
Pets are welcome but must be managed responsibly.
-
Must be declared at registration (fees may apply)
-
Must be leashed at all times
-
Clean up after them (bags provided)
-
No aggressive behavior
-
Do not leave pets unattended outside
Hydro (Electricity) Usage
Power is one of the RV Park’s biggest costs, so we ask everyone to be mindful.
-
Turn off lights when not in use
-
Don’t run unnecessary high-power items
-
Shut off AC when you’re not there
Excessive or abusive power usage may result in additional charges.
Maintenance & Reporting Issues
We understand that things can happen. Guests are expected to report any damage or issues with their site, including water, sewer, or power, as soon as possible. Reporting problems early helps us fix them quickly and avoid bigger issues for you and
others in the park.
Final Note
We’re pretty easy-going and always prefer to sort things out with a conversation first. That said, management reserves the right to refuse service if rules aren’t being respected.
