Park Rules
Check in/Out Time
Check in time is at 2pm. Check out time is at 12pm.
Extending/Shortening Stay
Approval from park coordinator to extend length of stay must be given to ensure the site has no current reservations. We will make every effort to accommodate. There are no refunds for early departure.
Changing Sites
Approval from park coordinator to switch sites must be given prior to moving sites to ensure there will be no scheduling conflicts.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings require payment 48hours prior to arrival. All cancellations within 48hours of the reservation are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Any long weekend cancellations are non-refundable.
Hydro Use
Hydro power is one of the park’s biggest expenses, therefore we ask all guests to do their part in keeping the fees down. PLEASE DO NOT ABUSE POWER. Use low wattage lights; turn off lights when departing/retiring for the evening. Turn off air conditioning when out.
Pets
Pets must be made known to the park coordinator and additional charges may apply. Pets must be leashed at all times, cleaned up after, not aggressive and not left unattended.
Campfires
Only propane fires allowed. Wood burning, debris or pallet fires are not permitted at this time.
Speed Limits/Vehicles
The park speed limit is 5 km/h. Signs are posted and must be obeyed at all times. DRIVE SLOW or you will be removed from the park. ATV’s, Off-road motorcycles or any other unlicensed vehicles cannot be used in the park and on park roads. Exemptions and rules are in place for seasonal campers only. Each site has one vehicle allowance. Additional vehicles may incur additional charges.
Theft
We accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to your personal property or vehicles on our premises.
Loud Noise/Disturbing Other Persons
Be considerate. Please keep the volume of your music, voices and other noise to a reasonable level. Interfering with anyone else’s use or enjoyment of the park day or night is contrary to Park rules. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am. Visiting hours are from 7am to 10pm.
Profanity/Violence
Screaming, hollering abusive language and boisterous and/or violent behavior will not be tolerated and the park reserves the right to evict violators at its discretion.
Alcoholic Beverages/Smoking
Alcohol is permitted only on a registered campsite. Drinking or the possession of an open container in any other park areas is prohibited. Smoking tobacco or cannabis products is forbidden in any of the park buildings. You must be nine meters away from any entrance or exit. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts in proper waste containers.
Garbage/Site Cleanliness
The park has provided 8 large black trash bins located centrally near the shower/laundry area. We expect guests to leave the sites clean and tidy as you should receive it when you arrive. The following items are NOT to be placed in the bins, metals, hazardous waste, propane cylinders, batteries etc.
Fireworks, Firearms and Hunting
Fireworks, firearms and hunting are prohibited in the park.
